As far as I know copay is copay and that's entirely based on your insurance.

Now, going out of pocket will definitely be different and you will want to shop around. I've heard good things about Costco.

CVS gets billed around 70-80 dollars when I fill 10mL of testosterone.... if my copay was more than the cost out of pocket I would defintiely be doing that...

yup, my insurance only allows me to pickup 4mgs at a time, so to pickup 10 mgs i have to go there 3 times and pay $20 copay, thats $60.00, i pay $57 out of pocket from Costco!
