    I'm just going off what a mate had done while he was in the army. I've been training 5 days a week for the last 8 months as I was fairly overweight. To be honest I haven't done much research I'm going off what my friend has told me and his experience with that cycle which he said worked well for him. Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated.

    To agree with Pete and Austinite you should stop. I did the very same thing back in 1992. I just jumped on the juice without ANY planning. Yeah I made some gains but they did not last. My diet SUCKED. My workout was Average at best. I realize a lot has changed since then but you really have to research and plan this out for the absolute BEST results! To challenge you look at your Diet does it support what your trying to achieve? Your workout? Did you plan this out for best results? Your pretty young still and only have been hitting the iron for 8 months? Give it a little longer before you Cycle. If you plan it out the RESULTS you get the will be mind blowing. But it's just my opinion Good Luck

    I understand. But be careful with what friends say. Most of my friends recommended most of my mistakes.

    A 1st cycle should consist of 500mg of Test E, pinned twice a week. (250mg each pin), for 12 weeks. An AI should be taken on cycle, such as Adex @ .25 every other day. This will help keep your estrogen levels down. You can also consider HCG on cycle, 250iu twice per week to help with faster recovery and prevent testicular atrophy. Post cycle, you will need to perform therapy in order to recover. This should consist of Clomid and nolva, dosed like so... clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20. Each number is representative of the daily dose for that given week. (week1/week2/week3/week4).

    The reason for running Test only for your first couple cycles is that you need to understand how your body reacts to test alone. If you introduce multiple compounds and your sides get heavy, there is no telling what is causing sides. It's like eating several exotic foods and not knowing which caused food poisoning. Furthermore, test will be you base for every future cycle.

    My recommendation at this stage is to stop running your cycle. It's still early enough where you will not need PCT. Continue researching and frankly, 8 months at the gym is hardly enough time before you cycle. It took me years just to figure out what I was doing wrong. Eat right, train right, sleep right. Once you have those 3 most important aspects of growth, you can then consider your first cycle. It's a poor decision to start doing things right because you started a cycle. It's best to get it right first, then move on to the next level. Without the big 3, you will waste your time and money and potentially risk your health.
