    Equipoise

    so ive been reading up on equipoise and it seems fairly cruisy in the fact that u get gradual gains, no water retention, no acne gyno etc.. but it also says u shuld be taking a test with it aswel as it diminishes ur sex drive and test levels,, could u take it on its own and take test boosters aswell to bring ur test levels up?? cheers

    My first ever cycle was with EQ and nothing else...I didn't know what I was doing. Still, I did gain a noticeable amount of strength, looked a little better but it wasn't nothing dramatic and based on years of experience and gaining a more thorough understanding of steroids is not something I'd do again or recommend to anyone else on the basis of testosterone suppression.

    Sorry for hijacking op thread I wanted to satisfy my own curiosity. My primary purpose for looking to include it in my next cycle is for strength gains as I will be spending the next 12 months getting ready for strongman competition I want to use compounds that will give me minimum water gains maximize strength and lean muscle so my next cycle was looking to be sust 250 tren e and eq with dbol to kick it off would that work out for what I'm after. I have been told eq was good for strength and lean gains

    More than likely it was the tren and not the EQ.

    im on sustanon 300 equipoise 250 and test prop 200 2x week and ive put on 40 lbs dropped body fat and my dick is an unstoppable force i LOVE EQ

    I'm agreement with this statement, however from my personal exp I like to run it between 600-800mg a week with any cycle containing tren(which also needs a test base) for its added collagen synthesis if for nothing else, but that coming from an "older guys" point of view. I don't like to be achy no matter how good I think I look ..lol

    im having trouble believing you gained 40lbs on any cycle let alone one with eq...im not trying to be a dink but anyone that gains 40lbs on a cycle had no bussiness running one anyways...did you start lifting weights the same day you started aas?... ive got to ask sorry...

    i dont understand. im running it with 600mg test e and your telling me the EQ is supressing the test? This is sounding counterproductive and i am wondering if i should drop the EQ, on wk 4 and running 30mg dbol through wk 8 as well. Im only running 400mg of EQ? Advice?

    what he ment was taking eq alone will supress you natty test so thats why peeps run test with it so you can still function normaly specialy in the erection dept...ohh and for the record test suppresses natty test production as well...there is no getting around test supression when running any aas...

    No it's cool man, if you go back and read my posts I run long term cycles where others run max 16 weeks I've been on cycle for about 5-6 months straight. I worked out for 2.5 years and got from 152 lbs up to 171 at 6 ft tall. I started my cycle of sustanon and equipoise 300/250 2x week and changed my eating habits, diet, lifestyle, and goal. When I started my cycle 5 months ago at 171 I have slowly but surely made my way to 213.1 as of yesterday at 11.4 body fat. I've busted my ass harder than you could imagine and change all my suppliments, workout routine, and my life to be able to make these gains. I work out 6 days a week some times on Sunday too depending on church and the Lil lady. But I ran that for 4 months then last month I added in 200 mg test prop 2x week and I'm still trucking on. I've spent almost everyday reading this forum and what others are asking and changing how i do things to be able to get the most out of aas
    I'll be changing my cycle shortly to test 400 eq and Anadrol 50 to pack on some more pounds then I will cycle off for 2-3 months get blood checks and jump back on with tren a and test 400

    I really do want to get to the bottom of this what is the problem that people have with eq is it just based on not getting massive gains off it from what I understand and have heard from friends eq is not designed around making massive gains more quality lean gains is there something I'm missing here. I have heard its great to run for strength training

    the gains are minimal, you have to use 600mg+ a week for 16 weeks. eat another sandwich during the day and you will see just as much gains
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Cool thanks for the info my next cycle so far is dbol week 1-4 50 mg a day
    Sust 350 week 1-14 at 3 ml a week
    Tren e can't remember the dose of the stuff I get I am switching from tren a to tren e sick of pinning eod.
    My goals are lean gains but primary focus is strength as I'm spending the next 12 months preparing to compete in some local strongman stuff I'm already sitting at 122 kg just under halfway through current cycle of sust tren a so I'm not looking to throw a heap of bulk on just quality gains and strength had heard eq was good for this but after reading all this I'm undecided can anyone recomend a better compound for what I'm looking for

    "lean gains" will be determined by your diet. You won't need to add anything to that stack to see great results.

    I am aware of the factor of diet what I was getting at I probably should have stated better was I want a compound that doesn't give a shit load of water weight with it which was primary reason in looking at eq but I will prob just stick to dbol/sust/tren again as the results off this cycle are great

    A lot of people hate it for a few specific reasons:

    1. They've never used legitimate EQ. It's commonly counterfeited and commonly under-doses more so than most steroids.

    2. The expectations of the steroid are unrealistic. People tend (especially on message boards) to put all steroids into two generalized categories...produces lot of mass or produces strong physique enhancing traits during a cutting phase. Well, if that's how you view all steroids you won't have a use for EQ.

    3. Most don't use enough.

    These are the primary reasons for those that don't like EQ. Most guys would change their mind about this compound if they used it for the right reasons and had access to the Fort Dodge brand or similar ones.

    I got some decent looking muscle when I ran Eq. I had to run like 800mgs/week and my heart felt like it was going to explode. I got quite vascular and my appetite increased.

    I wouldn't go so far as Song Dog went in saying its 100% garbage, but there are so many other things that you can run at lower doses without the BP sides.

    Oh, and I'll repeat this: DO NOT run Eq without test. None of the test-boosters or whatever will help.

    I've used fort dodge, Ganabol it all still sucks imo
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Nope. When I speak of EQ, or any other compound, I never refer to bunk gear. Quality EQ is still worthless.

    Well, to each their own. I don't think its the greatest steroid in the world by any means. I just think it gets a sometimes undeservedly bad rap. Reason number two in my little list above would be the primary reason IMO.

    Your response on to my question about EQ goes hand-in-hand with what I referred to...number two in the list of three. Gains are minimal with lots of steroids, in-fact many are worthless when it comes to size or strength depending on the steroid at hand. But that doesn't mean it can't serve another purpose...that's all I was saying.

    I never said that possible ill-effects didn't exist when the individual is overweight. I said the possible side effects in regards to a person's level of body fat are often exaggerated. I also clarified by stating that my comments were not in relation to obese individuals...that's a separate issue.

I have 15yrs of steroid use under my belt, several as a competitor when I was younger. I have used nearly every combination of gear that you could come up with...low doses, high doses and even some levels that actually make me sick to my stomach to think about today. I have prepped over two-hundred competitors, some naturally but most are not. I still do it today sort of as a hobby...I don't do it for free as it is time consuming but it is something I enjoy doing. I've had articles in four different BB magazines, more websites than I can count and I make my living in that field. It has not all been steroid related but true steroid education is a very important passion of mine...not merely the public perception but correcting the perception of many gear supporters. I make my living researching and talking about steroids, this is my current primary focus. I post on boards like these for the same reason I help others with contest prep...I enjoy it.

    I would encourage you to choose your words more wisely in the future before you talk down to others before you actually know who they are or where they're coming from. And for crying out loud, that's not some kind of threat or anything like that. I don't know how else to put it but it's kind of an asshole thing to do.

    I agree with you 100%,especially with #2,people have difficulty with distingusihing the difference between fat/water/and muscle and think steroids that retain a lot of water or you gain a lot of fat and confuse that with actual lean muscle.I have 30 years experience with steroids and personally like EQ when combined with other steroids or with just test.I used a lot of deca when i first started using steroids but dropped it and used EQ because felt my gains were just as good with less water retention. This site has a lot of people giving information with nothing to support their claims and are just repeating what they have read posted by others.

    EQ is by far the worst steroid out there it serves only one purpose and that is making you feel more hungry all the time. Now this is never an issue for me and I can eat as much as I need to so this compound is literally useless.
