    Nolvadex week 6-10
    40mg ED for first 2 weeks
    20mg ED for last 2 weeks

    Just looking to put on some lean muscle and keep the gains without crashing or being shut down to hard. Money is not an issue as I have a great job but workout time might be since I work all the damn time!

    I've done 1 cycle in the past of Test E and d Bol and I did about 9 months of research before. So AAS is not new to me. Just wanting some thoughts and input

    Sorry I thought I included it but I guess I didn't!! 13-15%. The reason I say that is because we did just about every way to test BF you could in college and that was where I always was in between

    lol, 1 cycle in the past means AAS is certainly new to you.

    Anyway... 250mg is enough to shut you down without much benefit. Unless you're attempting to let the Var do the work.

    You don't need nolva on cycle, you need it for PCT and you also need clomid. I would up the test to 500mg and run it for 12 weeks. Var dose looks good for week 6 to 10.

    What's your plan for a blocker?

    I'm not looking for much weight gain. I played at 245 and that was to big!! Haha I just want maybe 5-10 pounds and lean up a little. I've never had Abs and that's my goal. I could always get the upper 2 but never the bottom ones!!

    Well, your diet is what determines that, not the gear. You should get that looked at in the nutrition section before you run this cycle.

    I would definitely run test at 500 a week. 250 is a waste imo. Letting var do the work is kinda a joke. var is very mild but you will receive good pumps and some vascularity from var. (everyone responds differently to var)
    you want to see abs that is all diet and cardio bro. I am currently cutting to get to 9% and I am eating super clean, fasted am cardio, low carbs and its tough!! very slow results when shredding the fat
