I can only speak on GW, not igf because Ive never used igf before.

Its leaps and bounds better then clen. ONLY downside to it compered to clen is the cost.

I have part of a bottle left that I keep "just in case".


GW burns fat just as much if not better then clen. No shakes. Doesnt make me pee. Increased energy. It does however make me sweat more then normal and at night.
