I got a hold of some HCG but I am confused on how to take it.

I have read both ways, to take it during cycle or take it for PCT and have been told both ways in above posts.
So do I take it during the cycle or just for PCT or both

On cycle. Run it at 250iu twice to 3 times weekly.
