Started 1st cycle a few days ago - couple of questions

It seems like you just needed to do a bit more reading before starting out on juice, just stick to 8 weeks prop do whatever PCT you have planned then wait another 12 weeks before juicing again.

Cheers mate, I did do a lot of research in the past but I got a bad memory and forget things, have to re-read threads/stickies multiple times. I know thats no excuse like, but its the truth.

My source said he was surprised how much pct I asked for though because I asked him for 6000mg of clomid and 1200mg of nolva and he said most people he sells to dont even bother.

P.S. Regarding what you said about the 12 week break, will I not lose any results I gain in that time? I thought the 4 week pct was the break? lol

I like 8 weeks as well...max benifit and less recovery time. As I said before (and I think you may have gooten some diff advise) Time off is equal to time on and PCT together. So 8 weeks on 4 weeks PCT = 12 weeks off before next cycle.

Ok I'll do that then, 8 weeks test, 4 weeks pct followed by 12 weeks of just eating and training.

One last thing tho, do you want me to take clomid+nolva+some kind of ai or can I just stick with my origonal clomid+nolva because I've been told several things in this thread. Or was that just because they were thinking about the deca?

Oh and how long do AAS last for? do they go off?

Yes to an AI...Adex is a good option.
How long do AAS last for??? You mean before it expires??? Up to 5 years if stored in a dark room temp location is not unexpected.

if you have not got an AI i would not start worrying about it now, its more of a precaution to keep some on hand, the clomid and nolva you start 3 days after the last injection of prop.

keep them in a tin in a cool place and I would say they were ok for a couple of years
