    i doubt its water and merely just the straps digging into your skin

    Nah, It's different. I've done the same run a few times before and just had some lines. This time they were raised and puffy. Idk, i'll just hit the diurex I guess.
    I'm just impatient when it comes to weight loss. Down 1% in two days....and my body is protesting more and more as I go on.

    My guess is your body is trying to resist the loss....maybe ramp up the cardio intensity a bit
