    Ok.

    Are you on TRT?

If you haven't been training/lifting, it's a good idea to start doing so for a while before you run a cycle. You have to understand how your body works and reacts to the weights. It takes a long time just to figure out everything you're doing wrong. You don't want to risk injuring yourself in the gym.

There are 2 things that must be fixed before you cycle:
    - Diet (this is priority)
    - Training

That said, I would 1st visit the nutrition section and let the pro's there help you with your diet based on your goals. Once you have that down, it's time to get a proper lifting program in place based on your goals. Keep in mind that gains are not done with gear. Gains are done with food. The gear will merely assist along the way. Without proper nutrition, you will likely not see any results.

    Best of luck to you.

Been doing a little reading in my spare time. I've been working out pretty regular for about 3 weeks. I have gout attacks so I have a pretty healthy diet but have to stay away from the purines. Pretty much all the good stuff. Steak seafood trout. I have nolvadex and arimidex on theyou way ust in case. I am thinking of trying test cypionate by itself. 500 a week for 10 weeks. I am just wondering if I need to use the nolvadexI my first time or just skip it so I see how my body reacts on its own after a cycle? Sorry for the sloppy writing. Im having trouble with this text.

If your serious about doing a cycle and no one has discouraged you then at least go 12 weeks for the test cyp only cycle. Look into long acting verses short acting steroid esters and you will understand why.

Ok. Got the run around. Was supposed to get 2 10ml of test-c but instead ended up with one test c and one sustanon I also have nolvadex and arimidex on the way. Can I do a cycle with the test c and the sustanon by either slternatiing or just switching to the sustanon after about 5 weeks when I run out of test c? Also I have been reading where it may be more beneficial to inject the sustanon every other day.
