    Thank you Roman for taking your time! What would you suggest for my first cycle then?(for cutting not bulking)

    I see some of your stats, but there other stats that are relevent, such as body fat%, years experience lifting this last time, knowledge of nutrition.

    Based on my earlier answer, my next answer to your question will obviously be testosterone.

    Body fat-17% year an a half-2 years of lifting and been through alot of diets but right now I have a half cup of oatmeal with 3 egg whites and 1 whole in the morning, then chicken breasts and turkey burgers throughout the day.
