No worries. The member I was posting about was jokingly saying that he wants to have ban privileges. In a jokingly response back to him, I said there's basically times I would, and all of us wish we could do some banning. But if we could all ban, this place would get empty real quick. Hell, one of you would probably ban me for this thread!! LOL

And BTW, I totally agree, this is a business and a good one at that! The knowledge here is incredible, which is why people come here in the groves.

Since you brought it up, and others have been asking, I'll let the cat out of the bag how the salary works. the productive members have to throw $100/month into a kitty. 50% of the kitty is divided up by the knowledgable members, and the other 50% is sent up the line to the next level. Knowledgable members have to throw $250/month into the kitty. 50% of this accumulated kitty is retained by the next level, and so forth....

....ultimately, all the money flows up to the vets, who no longer have to put any money into a kitty, but just sit on their duffs getting rich and fat.

Well damn, I was gonna try my best to get staff so I could start earning a salary. I wanna aim for the shortest stay EVER before becoming staff, lol.

You have to start putting money into the kitty first...........
