I would have to COME down to hit 200! When they started the bet to hit 220 I was like "shit I could win now lol" really Im a normal, thin, proportionate, 220 right now (Im 6-6). I actually got my bf% about 15% or belowand have lost most definition but Im starting now to build it back up just not sure if I wanna bulk or not, IF I choose to compete (BJJ or Judo) I have to be 218# the next division is 221# to infinity I could wear 240-250 easily and still not be fat, so Im still debating what im going to do..............

Yeah I dont compete anymore so Im just lifting and focused on strenght/size. Throw in comping and whole other story. I was a 145er. Would shed all this weight if I were to compete. Im all for getting into lowest weight class possibe in judo/bjj/mt, etc. Thats why its so hard to blend bbing and combat sports, totally different strategies imo.

I train for fun, not a competition kinda guy, just once a year or something, been thinking about giving up competing all together and just train for fun, if I get bulked up so what, stay skinny, meh who cares. I did (to my surprise) like the way I looked even with the extra weight, I got up to 240 on first cycle and was cool with it.
