I've just ran one or the other for 10-12 weeks at a time with PROPER PCT. I make sure i have the info i need before i start one of these. My buddy usually gives me the info but as he's in Afghanistan i cannot reach him. I had good results from those around 25lb gains. Now my diet is a bit simpler i get up i have egg whites and oatmeal, wait a bit then have a shake then head to the gym. after the gym i have another shake, by the time i get home i'll have a 2 chicken breast cut into a salad. Throughout the day i'll have mixed nuts or some fruit then for dinner i have a steak with veggies. Right before bed 10 mins or so before i have a casein shake. Thats about it i just try to keep lean and i'll have a cheat day maybe once a week. Bodyfat between 12-14%. Diet is obviously higher when on a cycle. Im not the most knowledgeable but i make sure i get the information i need before i start which is what i'm doing here. I didnt feel like searching forever and thought this would be the quickest way.
