Thread: Information on Stacking Test E w/ Test C

    I've just ran one or the other for 10-12 weeks at a time with PROPER PCT. I make sure i have the info i need before i start one of these. My buddy usually gives me the info but as he's in Afghanistan i cannot reach him. I had good results from those around 25lb gains. Now my diet is a bit simpler i get up i have egg whites and oatmeal, wait a bit then have a shake then head to the gym. after the gym i have another shake, by the time i get home i'll have a 2 chicken breast cut into a salad. Throughout the day i'll have mixed nuts or some fruit then for dinner i have a steak with veggies. Right before bed 10 mins or so before i have a casein shake. Thats about it i just try to keep lean and i'll have a cheat day maybe once a week. Bodyfat between 12-14%. Diet is obviously higher when on a cycle. Im not the most knowledgeable but i make sure i get the information i need before i start which is what i'm doing here. I didnt feel like searching forever and thought this would be the quickest way.

    I hear what you are saying and please dont consider my sarcasm as rudeness as SOME do but... If you or your friend know anything then you should already know that 1) test is the base for all cycles and running winny without it is a bad idea, 2) You said PROPER pct but your pct suggestion left out Nolva, 3)You should have simple knowledge of the esters of steroids before injecting them, 4) you should know that test E or test C should be injected 2X a week not one as you suggested.

    Your diet seems to be lacking in real food. How much of that 25lbs did you keep?? Would you care to share a body pic so that we could see your results from previous cycle experience and where you are at currently???

    You really should head over to the diet forum. Your diet could be better.
