and i meant out of other AAS's, tren for its properties over dbol, deca etc. i dont wanna bulk so much as lose this... this extra skin layer that my body wont get rid of because i was so flippin fat. grrrr
my areolas are definately sensitive to everything. As long as yours are only getting hard because your talking about them, not because your talking about mine we are good to go LOL
And in regards to my buddy, hes a dumbass i know. i got caught up in the hype he was spewing. I know now.

I used to think protein and mass shakes were real nutrition too. I've learned from this board they are really only useful upon waking for whey with breakfast, and post workout with the right amounts of carbs and dextrose.
