Everyone here is right, even tho its not what u want to hear. Hit the bike, treadmill, stairstepper, eliptical or any form if cardio everyday and eat like a champion (NO FAST FOOD!) And the belly will disappear. I know for a fact im 5'7"and used to weight 285of pounds and now im 170. All i did for the first year is light weight training and hundreds of miles running. Then after over ayeargot my body ready for gear. Please for your sake hold off on gear for a little while longer.
