    Most ppl don't venture outside of Q&A but there is a ton of good info to be found in the other sub's. Check out the nutrition section man. Post a sample of your diet over there. It's like having your own nutritionist for FREE

    Yeah I'm not worried about the taste I'm just making sure I'm taking it right.
    I've been on the nutrition site for the past couple of days reading other people's diets but you are right, I need to post my own for the sake of critiquing. Some are very In depth and are getting good feed back though. Thanks for the info lunk.

    Thanks brother! Hopefully I will be seeing some gains here shortly. I ready to see what this stuff will do. Just got done with the 4th pin today but I know it will be a week or more before I really start feeling the difference. Starting to see some cut though. I think I just need to up my cal intake though but I'm sure that will be answered when I get my nutrition regiment posted.

    after the 12 weeks of test, he takes two weeks off before going to pct, a recommended cycle i read they have 3 weeks off there..what would be the difference between the two..which would work better between those?

    It takes 2 weeks/approx 14 days for the test to leave your system so you want to start getting that natural production back ASAP.

    Just finished 3rd week Wednesday. No abnormal signs so far. Significant noticeable strength gain in the past few weeks but I'm still fluctuating weight for some reason. I'll walk in the gym at 189 on Monday and I weighed today (Thursday) at 193. I don know maybe the scale is off. The strength gain may be from the new workout I started where I'm working heavy one week and light the next but always adding weight to the heavy and light days. Either way my diet is good and my protein intake is good, which I will post one of these days on the nutrition section. I'm just not feeling that super pump yet like I thought I would but I am pushing some serious weight compared to what I was so I'm not complaining.....yet .

    Look who's back...Action Jaxon lol. Remeber man Test E takes nearly 4 weeks to "kick in". Patience young Jedi..Patience. Mostlikely you are seeing some weight gain and fluctuation due to water weight and I assume an increase in cals but yoou need to get that diet posted ASAP. It's the key to success so don't let it sit on the back nurner man.

    And by abnormal I mean - no testie shrinkage, no acne, no noticeable sperm count difference and no a whole lot of intensity yet.

    Haha what's up brother! Yeah I know. Trust me I think about it daily since you told me about it last time. I will sit down and get it wrote all out here soon and post it. Time is just tight right now. Work is running me crazy and my daily schedule is sporadic but I still make sure I eat and hit the gym! That's a must! I'll get it on there soon though my friend.

    Glad to hear it...clocks ticking though. You could be wasting each day in the gym if the diet isn't just right! If done right your first cycle can and should be your best.

    Good post by shsm. I saved it myself. Should answer all of your questions. I tried to basis mine on the safest way possible. Post your cycle and let the vets help you adjust as needed. Helped me tremendously.

    Saw the diet bro. Looks like a good starting point. Seems to be lacking some veggies tho... Those guys will help get you dialed in once you calculate your tdee

    Yeah I was at least trying to get a little something on there. I do run like that sometimes but I have 2 businesses I run which are restaurants that don't serve very healthy food so it's hard staying away from the temptation sometimes. Either way I do good I think and I do eat healthy but there is some adjustments that need to be made. For the most part the actual "meals" are standard for me and I try to find good snacks. I will throw fruit in regularly and mix mixed instant veggies in with fish and brown rice and sometimes just mixed in with plain tuna. I just wanted to get a starting point of my most basic popular meals i eat and let you guys point me in the way of the vets . Thanks for checking it out though!

    Fck fuit...it's all sugar! Eggs, eggs and more eggs. I eat nearly a dozen a day!

    I've read it's definitely a no no before bed but not too bad before workouts for energy but if you guys say its not necessary I'm with ya. I hate stuffing it down. Eggs and chicken make up about 50% of my weekly food intake I assure you and it gets rough my man. I'm sick of yard bird!...but hey you can't hardly replace that. Do you worry about yolk or no?

    Yolk is full of the protein..I doubt you need to worry about cholesterol. I buy those family packs of tuna and replace some of my chicken with it...of course i eat the whole pack in a sitting. I don't mind an occasional apple pre workout. But it isn't a must...just make sure you use a good multi Vit

    Oh yeah man diet looks real good, I kno someone said something Ab nuts being high in fat. They aRe actually a great bulking too I think personally, but instead i would use almonds or walnuts bc they have healthy fats and a good amt of protein also. Just my input, it's what I use as a snack.

    7 week end - sorry for the delay. Been very busy with work, diet and working out! Anyway here are my 7 week pics now at 200lbs still 12%bf still 5'8" (damn!), strength is through the roof, not a large gain of mass yet but I have put on some lean beef. Supposedly in the prime of the test cycle now so I will see what the next weeks bring.

    Thanks supernatural. It took me a long time to decide to do it. I figured since I'm now 30 that there wasn't going to be any type of pro ball in my future from here on out and I wasn't going to go back and play any in college anymore so i said why not. It was a thought out decision though.

    Yeah man thanks for keeping an eye out on me. My back is def my wrong suit as far as power goes. I wish the rest of my body went as easy as it does. I can't wait to see what the next 5 weeks brings. Going to be kind of sad when its over I think but I will be planning my next cycle here soon. I just wish I could get one more bulk cycle in with test and deca then do a cut cycle over the summer but I don't think I have the time to get that in. Recommendations?
