Yeah I was at least trying to get a little something on there. I do run like that sometimes but I have 2 businesses I run which are restaurants that don't serve very healthy food so it's hard staying away from the temptation sometimes. Either way I do good I think and I do eat healthy but there is some adjustments that need to be made. For the most part the actual "meals" are standard for me and I try to find good snacks. I will throw fruit in regularly and mix mixed instant veggies in with fish and brown rice and sometimes just mixed in with plain tuna. I just wanted to get a starting point of my most basic popular meals i eat and let you guys point me in the way of the vets
