This will happen and the reality is you will miss it when the muscle becomes accustomed to it and the sore feeling fades...

a few people have said this too me.....the soreness is kind of like a feeling of accomplishment i guess?? when there's no pain, it must feel like you didn't do anything at all. going from 2 gym visits per week to now 3-4 has hit me hard, i'm sure sooner than later i'll get use to it though. up until recently i would hit the gym and not go back until 3-4 days later. but now i'm hitting the next muscle group before the previous muscle group is back to 100% and my body is definately responding.

Good to hear. Might I suggest creatine as a supplement. Helps me with recovery.

Also perhaps post your routine in the lifting sub section and see if there is any fine tuning that can be done. You can do this with your diet in the nutrition section as well. It's like having a personal trainer and nutritionist but free of charge

Fact. If you are using AAS without creatine, you're wasting AAS.

If you are going to boldly use the word FACT then please back it up with the research.

I agree creatine is a good supplement, a staple of BB in my opinion.

I can be used while using AAS but to say you are wasting gear WITHOUT it, I would ned to see something concrete.
