any threads that discuss god or ufo's are typically charged...they're the same thing aren't they? you hear about them both, but never see either of them..

Doesn't mean they're the same.. Just in the same category. Believed in or not believed in, and never seen or proven. But.. Aliens could be intergalactic warmongers where-as this God fellow is an old man in a robe watching his creation burn. Dunno. Anyway.
