Protein shake around 8:30 followed by two chicken breast, two egg whites around 10, tuna only out of the can with a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread around 1, couple of milky way candy bars, protein/creatine shake before the gym at 5 then a protein shake and peanut butter sandwich right after the gym.
