Currently iam at about 12%, I was an athlete in high school and college, I've worked to maintain a 200-205lbs frame and 8-10% nd. But close to a year ago I had a car pull out in front of me when I was on my bike, it left me bed riddin, by the time I recovered, I was 163lbs and a high % of body fat, over the last few months I've managed to gain most of my weight back, but I look nothing like I did. I've just been trying to bulk up, in the gym four days a week my body needs quit ah bit of recovery time, right now, got alotta things working against me right now, looking for a way to counter, but don't wanna damage myself longterm.
