    didnt like the limp it gave me lunk. wasnt enjoyable. ill get used to it tho..thanks austinite. you always come thru with help and advice...appreciate it. yeah my hand deff wasnt that steady..was using my left side and looking in the mirror..damn newbie

    Try laying on the bed belly down and reaching back, should help with the wobble of your hand. I use 1" on glute

    I know others here do the same technique. I just stand up and pin, but some prefer to lay down

    Thats why Glutes are not in my rotation. I cant reach em without cramping up my whole side.

    Once you get quad pinning down it's very easy. Only thing I don't drive the pin in...I push it in slow due to nerves. If I feel one bak out and move up or a down a bit.
