Losing fat might help it look bigger, but it's not going to add an inch to it. Unless being overweight effects your blood flow and you can't achieve a full erection, then in which case getting healthier could help it grow to its full potential

Probably no less than 6 inches. As the average male of today packs 4-6 inches. But it does make one wonder if back then guys were packing more meat, Imagine what those black men back were packing?
