    thats cool bro i wasnt trying to down the effort, i think its great what your doing i just cant compeat cus i refuse to put on fat while im gaining...id rather earn5-8 lean lbs per cycle than go full on eat till you puke who cares how much fat you gain just wanna be big method/protocol...thats just me bro...good luck to all who compeat...

    Its not about gaining fat. 15 lbs is a goal. I won't make it probably but I will be trying for lbm some fat will happen on a bulk
    If I 8-10 of muscle with 2-3 of fat I wil be proud of that I don't understan why this concept is so hard for some to grasp

    Well basically because 15lbs means nothing.... It's all relative to the person, there condition, there age etc....

    I could probably loose weight and look bigger..... If I was to force a 15 lbs weight gain i would probably end up looking terrible....

    For me I never use the scales any more... They are useless..... I don't care what I weight as long as I look thick and are not too fat....

    The reason people question this 15 lbs rule is because there seems no point.... It means nothing, it's irrelevant.... If u look like you have gained 15 lbs who cares if u have only gained 5...... That's my point at least....


    Don't get ur knickers all in a twist again capeB and then have to go and edit ur post..... I'm just answering your question

    The way I look at this competition when the first one started was a couple of guys who had always wanted to be 225lbs. That is just a weight we had all wanted to be and thought we would look good at. So the competition was born. Who could get to 225 with the lowest bf and best looking physique. I knew I could not gain 25 lbs and look good.I actually talked with you a little about it . Anyway I was going to take the 5 pt deduction but would look great with the 12-15 lbs I did add. Most people have a weight in their head that they would like to be. Us novice mostly( I understand completely what you are saying about scales). It is like in high school I just knew if I was 165 I would be awesome. Well I never reached it. But I have always had a weight in my head I think I would look good at. Thats all this is is us getting bigger like we have all wanted to do. The good thing about this is that others will see what works and doesnt work with 10 different people thru photos. And can ask questions on our diet and training and even gear. Thats all this is. And something hopefully fun for the form members to watch unfold.
