and i feel this thread is important, people deserve an explaniation so i will respectfully ask you to keep any disagreement you may have to a pm for the reasons i outlined above

Earlier in the trial, i asked an open question about who remembers the defendant pretending to be the avi with the abs. I think 2 senior members came forward.

In the defendant's statement, he said that later on, just before he took the old avi down, when people asked him if the avi was him, he would reply that no, its a pic of his friend.

I would like to ask another open question. Who remembers asking the defendant about his avi, and got the answer that it was not him but a pic of his friend?

My point, such as it was, was that I don't appreciate being called a murderer. That point is completely valid and not open to debate or discussion, and since he opted to use this thread to attack military service members, I used the same thread to call him out on it. If you didn't want a response to inflamatory statements, perhaps the statement maker should be stopped. At any rate, He's the problem, not me, and the preponderance of responses...all, in fact, except yours...have been in support of me. So perhaps you should evaluate your stance.

yes i recall that. but as i suggested before perhaps he simply got caught up and was attempting to wiggle out of his original statement. i mean, clearly he has admitted which photos are really him and which are not. we now know this.

so, although it does appear as though he is attempting to mislead us on whether he saw the photos in question on his phone or not, it doesn't really matter now. thats my point. hope im explaining this properly
