Email source-- is there a certain way of phrasing things or they stop responding?

If you make a detailed description of what you want, including prices/totals...is this something they'll probably ignore you for?

Most sources if you are ordering online are overseas. That could mean a huge time difference. They might have been going to bed.

I emailed a well recommended source and they never got back to me on 3 different occasions and it was about making payment. So I just said **** it. What can I do.
