    Very true I like it for strength kick really not a fan of the bloat though actually looking into halo for my next run as I have heard great things about the strength

    i was going to run halo for a past dlift comp there until i read dr sust's (elite plifter) post stating that he though halo was overrated and dbol was the better option, go figure. i run drol/dbol cocktails, serious strength and power off that!!

    Ah sweet thanks mate I am spending the next 12 months trying to get comp ready for a local strongman event so it's good to hear from people who cycle for plifting strength stuff about this stuff I find most info I read is aimed at body builders.

    fair play, strong man is gruelling, i'd of given it a try only for the ridiculous fact that ive quite small hands and couldnt effectively grip some of those friggin massive circumference bars they use in comp!!

    what weight areyou? there are 90kg strongman comps in europe now for those that cant make the usual monster weights of 20st+, not sure bout Oz though

    On cycle at the moment sitting between 119 and 121 kg got up to 126 on the dbol at the start but come down a little more since I started training tire flips with the big suckers and dumbell snatches very cardio intensive stuff. Your right about those dumbells and bars very hard to get a good grip on haha 50 ml circumference on them. It is very different training that's for sure
