    A lean 180 was my goal couple of years back but now I'm thinking more like trying to keep these stats natty and if I cycle again I'm gonna shoot for a lean 190 or a shredded 180 all depends on my stats in 6 month or so natty!!!

    I was going to say good idea and reasonable goals. When I was younger I always wanted to be a shredded 185 or lean 205. Little did I know that would be impossible without drugs. I was making beginner gains, so thought anything was possible, that and was 20 years old with massive amounts of hormones. I'm only an inch taller than you. Good luck on keeping those gains, hope it works out for you.

    I've been there for more than a full decade I thought shawn ray flex and ronni where on massive amounts of whey protein so I ended up loosing my 6 pack and getting fat and no internet to guide so really lost my way back then.

    And im a firm believer now that u can get really big without changing ur weight much due to replacing lost fat with hard solid bloat free muscle!
