another question
i get the 3x a day (am pwo and pm) with the pwo an important one not to miss.
would you suggest just an afternoon injection if schedule doesnt work for a pwo injection?
I get up at 4am with breakfast (egg whites and oats) then HIT work out at 5am. i was thinking either 1st pin at 4:30 then 2pm then bed time, or 1st pin right after work out, 2pm and pre bed.
which would you suggest or would you suggest somethng different?
