    another question
    i get the 3x a day (am pwo and pm) with the pwo an important one not to miss.
    would you suggest just an afternoon injection if schedule doesnt work for a pwo injection?

    I get up at 4am with breakfast (egg whites and oats) then HIT work out at 5am. i was thinking either 1st pin at 4:30 then 2pm then bed time, or 1st pin right after work out, 2pm and pre bed.

    which would you suggest or would you suggest somethng different?

    either way should yield great results...maybe try each for a month or so and find out which one you like the most. Just make sure you space the shots out to at least 3 hours.

    thanks for input.
    i think i am going to go with after morning work out @ 6am then noon then 8pm . i like to space everything evenly just like meals 4am 7am 10am 1pm 4pm 7pm. sounds a bit ocd but i like schedules and iy makes it much easier to follow the more consistant.
