I know anavar on its own can shut you down, but if i run it with a low low does of test such as 250mg a week. 125x2, that will shut me down anyways. what do you guys think? ive done 4 cycles in the past but my goals have changed. test ballons me up and i dont want the sides, considering i have a slight case of gyno in the right nipple from years ago.

    new guy33 you should test weeks 1- 12 ,
var weeks 6-14 then start pct.
You should start your own thread rather than hijack this one.

But to cov3r a few things, using test as a base is recommended. Yes test shuts you down but you are replacing test with test. Therefore if you were shut down by var, you would have no testosterone to replace this. If you add in test, you are essentially replacing what is lost during the cycle due to the shut down.

An AI, lowered sodium intake, and adequate water are all easy ways to avoid bloat on test. Have you ever run an AI with your cycles?
