    I'd still recommend an AI. Any exogenous test is going to down regulate your natural levels and this will facilitate a negative feedback loop wherein your HTPA will up regulate estradiol for conversion to testosterone.

    When was your last blood work? Might not hurt to have it tested and if your estradiol is elevated then you know you need to manage it more effectively. I'd recommend adex or femara. Aromasin. Exemestane is a suicide inhibitor and although very effective I wouldn't recommend it for first line treatment.
