I'm trying to find the best cycle to cut my body fat for my size. I am 6"10 and almost 600lb but I got to the gym 4 days a week. I eat fine I just can't lose it. Please help me.
Best cycle in my opinion is as follows..
Weeks 1-12 Grilled Chicken Breast
Weeks 1-12 Steamed Broccoli
Take about 600-1000g daily of each split into doses of 4-8 throughout the day
