Sean Connery is the parrots choice.

    1) Daniel Craig
    2) Timothy Dalton
    3) Sean Connery
    4) Roger Moore
    5) Pierce Brosnan
    6) That Lazenby bloke

Daniel Craig is my favourite Bond.

Can't wait for the new movie to come out.

Same order I place them! Craig has done wonders for the franchise & he really grows on you. The more I watch the more it's hard to watch the others play the role-

I much prefer Daniel Craig, in Casino Royale they made a quip about him feeling uncomfortable in the suit because he was an orphan that came from a poor background. He looks like he can fight.
Pierce Brosnan looked like he belonged at a cocktail party.

Skyfall is going to be great.
I only saw CR two weeks ago and I cant believe what a superb film I missed out on, probably my fave Bond film ever. I love that scene with and Vesper in the carriage. And yeah, Brosnan just couldnt be taken seriously. Sean Bean probably would have been a better Bond.

I heard Taken 2 is just the same as Taken 1, which may or may not be a bad thing. Taken 2 is also a 12, which again, considering the first film was an 18, may or may not be a bad thing. I wish Directors wouldn't ***** out and make films so a wider audience can buy tickets. I'm also surprised that Liam Neeson is 6'4 and 60 years old.

Yep, the older films, while classics, just seem really "cheesey" compared to what Daniel Craig has brought to the series now. I prefer this more serious version. I mean Craig looks like he would actually smash your face if you gave him disrespect.

oh yeah, forgot to mention..The Living Daylights is one of my favorite Bond movies! Dalton is waaaaay more convincing than Peirce Brosnan could ever dream of being.

For the Brits, and anyone who can get BBCiPlayer in other countries, is anyone watching the new series, Hunted, with Melissa George? It's pretty good stuff so far.

I think what they're doing is placing them as in who is closest to the book not who is the best
Also think about it in connery's era there was no CGI or effects as we have today so once again Connery hands down

Yeah! Timothy Dalton only got two cracks of the whip, but his version of Bond was very much like Craigs. It was all about the vendetta, not schmoozing his way through a cocktail while talking talking to M like the others! Dalton's version of Bond is the closest to Craigs and the books! In Licence to Kill, Felix (Bonds CIA counter part) gets captured by some drug lord who tortures, rapes and kills Felix' wife! Bond is pissed, and even when his licence is revoked, he goes on a rampage to avenge his mate! The film was later criticised for being too gritty, the violence being too realistic, no one liners and being too serious, which ironically is what makes the Daniel Craig films so popular today!

And cmon, Licence to Kill is probably the best Bond theme ever!

EDIT: Loving the overall Bond love in this thread. A few years back I watched Man on Fire (best film ever) and it was the film that really got me into spy stuff, espionage, as MOF is about an ex CIA agent. I'm glad Bond is more realistic now, he is after all, the original secret agent!
