yes originally i split my 10mg pills in half and dosed 5mg X 5, basically one with each meal so it was easy to remember. due to some work related travel though during that cycle i ended up taking 10mg pills 3 X p.d. and noticed a difference in both my gym performance and blood pressure. in the future i will absolutely use dbol again and will most likely use it at 10mg 3 x p.d. that seems to be my sweet spot because while my blood pressure wasn't excessive by any means, as a 20+ year athlete i felt it was at my comfortable limit. hope this helps.
