    Im assuming you are on TRT?

    If so, throw in one compound. If you are looking to bulk deca can be a good choice

    This is fantastic advice for TRT. Keep it simple in the beginning. Lots of time down the road to add orals and such. Slow an steady wins the race.

    Remember, grow into your dose. Very important.
