    I LOVE shellfish and eat shrimp at least a couple times a week as well as crab and a mix of other things. I wish I could throw lobster in a at least one a week. lol
    Pumpkin seeds? I didn't think of that. I have a couple pounds drying at home right now I just took out of our pumpkins due to Halloween. I mostly planned on saving some for re planting and drying some to eat but didnt think about the zinc.

    fortunately for me pumpkin is a staple crop here and quite cheap. just bought one at tesco today for less than 50thb. i think 500gr of roasted seed is about 250thb in the store so going the whole pumpkin route is obviously the best choice for me here. 1 handful goes into my post workout fruit salad and another handful for a mid day snack.

    I'm trying to clean up my diet as much as I can given the fact that I'm traveling. Besides that I just plan to alter my letro level a little to see if the estrogen is getting a little unbalanced.

    The first thing that stood out to me was the letro dose. Letro is very strong as an AI.

    When I think of letro I think of powerlifter with high bodyfat and bad gyno on 2 grams a week of test who suddenly realizes his BP is 210/126 from holding more water than sea world kind of E2 levels.

    Careful with that stuff.

    I'm aware and it wouldn't be my first choice if I had more resources while traveling. I'm switching to a low dose EOD. On a side note, Letro did help me get rid of mild gyno in an earlier cycle I did back before I knew to be taking an AI the whole cycle. About 10 weeks in I got gyno and after about 5 weeks of letro at a basically full dose I knocked out the gyno along with my sex drive, haha.
