    test E 250 Deca 250

    Yesterday I had 3 cups of coffee, 1 bagel with peanut butter, 3 turkey sausage links, Lunch turkey sandwich with glass of milk, two coors light in afternoon. Dinner red beans and rice two bowls.

    I want you to figure out your tdee. Then find the macros of the food you just listed. You are going to be way under your tdee. you do this and post it we will help you and get some size on you

    Ok my Tdee is 3100 calories a day. My BMR is 1800.
