The amount of heat needed to change the viscosity of the oil that your AAS is suspended in, enough to make a bit of difference, is greater than that of warm tap water. Warming gear is a myth and an unsafe practice. I have never wrmed gear and only gotten PIP from my first cycle as I am sure my hand was unsteady.

The gear still, once injected IM has the same dispersement rate no matter if it's warm or not!
No no no!!!! Jk lol it's just something I was suggested by some guys on various forums. Like I said I can't contribute the lack of pain to the heat, it was something I tried cuz I got tired of limping around lol but at the same time I changed injection sites which may have steadied my hand.

Just out of curiosity, why is warming it an unsafe practice? Bacterial growth?
