    It's at the lowest end of the "normal range". This is where the problem lies. The docs will not prescribe it until it becomes "official".

    You shouldn't have that issue with a good doctor in the US. You are paying the $$ (Unless your insurance is a PITA) & the Doctor should still be able to override even a decent amount of points if your lifestyle is effected. Update us when you get to NY & let us know if you have success. In the end your still safe if you choose to buy your own & pin out of pocket.

    Thanks. My move to NYC is not certain yet but if it goes ahead, I will post about my experiences with NY doctors. The ones in Europe have been worse than useless.
