what would you suggest for dosage and duration of Var? Also, if I added Var, would you also suggest adding Proviron?

50-80mg/ed is a normal standard dosing range...I wouldn't mess with it in a cutting cycle below 50mg. 100mg/ed can be fine as austinite said, most people can tolerate Anavar pretty well. Will 100mg/ed make a big difference over 80mg? I doubt it, with the rest of the compounds you have you should be satisfied with the 50-80mg range but I doubt the 100mg mark would hurt anything.

Proviron, won't hurt but I wouldn't call it necessary and I wouldn't expect it to make a big difference. I'd be surprised if the end result was any different if you added Proviron or left it out.

Thanks Metal - what duration would you suggest? Is 6 weeks too long? If not then I would run weeks 6-11 - total cycle is 11 weeks. Thoughts?
