Thanks, i'll be trying this today!

I did a quick macro breakdown though and came out way different than yours. I got:

    35g protein
16g carbs (omitted the raspberries though)
    12g fat

    about 325 calories

How'd you come out so high? I got:

    Egg - 7g protein, 5g fat
Whey - 23g protein, 2g carbs, 1g fat (I know this could be different depending on brand, but not THAT different)
    Natty PB - 3g protein, 2g carbs, 6g fat
    Oats - 2g protein, 11g carbs, 1g fat
    Cocoa - negligible

I think the discrepancy lies in the fact I don't measure by grams most of the time, however I used livestrong.com to calculate and did input everything I could as grams. *shrug*

Well you haven't used 50g of oats there so I think that may be part of the mis-match

Try this raw..... It's better raw IMO

Make the mix (bulk)... And then portion it out into ur bar sizes... Then coat each ball in coco powder.... Then u can form it into a bar shape as it won't be sticky.... Wrap up in grease proof paper.....keep them in the fridge
