    Tudca is expensive and hard to find in stock,, for me at least, but is very backed up in trials and journals, it's what you NEED, not just should get, if taking methylated compounds

    TUDCA is the same as UDCA is it not? If so, its widely available on the net.

    Atomini has a great thread about Magnesium - do a quick search.

    And you question about Zinc is answered in the thread you have provided. "Zinc Picolinate is formed by the bonding of Zinc with Picolinic Acid. This special form of Zinc has been used because it is better absorbed than many other forms."
