Yes, RUI and Ar-r are the same company I believe. I don't personally use them anymore bur it's good stuff and they're currently having a 20% sale along with constant other sales. Take advantage of a great offer.

With any UGL you're going to have mixed reviews.

If I was in your position I would definitely go with research chemicals. They provide much more of a bang for your buck according to most of these gear websites I see and they're legal. I don't see why you wouldn't go with them. Both of the websites I listed are extremely reputable so it's safe to say their products are accurately dosed. Liquids are also much easier to get precise dosages with and convenient rather than using something like a pill cutter to slice up meds.
