10lbs a week isnt healthy and on the hormone side of things u would rebound very easily.
U need realistic goals, u need a proper diet , and you have to train hard.
OK- So would 30 lbs in 3-4 months be realistic? Especially considering the fact that I'm going to use the GW and liquid Keto along with PRESCRIBED testosterone/ghrp-6/semerolin/AIs??
