    What would happen to gains?

Do you guys mean they would be non-existent? Would they stall or what?

And yeah, the job is "unique" spoiled brats always test ones patience, especially while on cycle

it is a bell shaped curve. if the horizontal axis is time on cycle, and the verticle axis is additional amount of gains, the first 8 weeks or so gains will incrementally increase, and then beyond that, you will still get gains, but each week will experience fewer gains than the week prior, until at some point, the gains will just be flat.

the problem is that the risk of sides graph, if there were one, would like almost like an ever increasing slope. the horizontal axis would be time on cycle, and the verticle axis would be the increase risk of sides. So from left to right, it would look like a slope that increases.
