    This is more of a diet issue I believe.

    If your stats are correct, your LBM should be 159.9 -- so that x 15 = 2400. So you need to be eating 1900 calories per day or less, minding your macronutrients of course. I'd get the diet dialed in first before you run any gear, once you get a handle on a good diet you will have amplified results with AAS. Check out the nutrition section and let the pro's critique your diet.

    Good advice, repped. yeah, i will go on caloric deficient diet at ~2500(100c, 100f, 300p), will incorporate low pase cardio(45 min) after every workout session. So you think i shouldn't mess with clen yet, instead i should use anavar?

    I'm with Austin..stick to the diet and cardio ALONE for the next 6 months and you will hit the numbers that will gaurantee a safer more successful cycle.
