    Labels are worthless, serial #'s unless a known pharmaceutical company are worthless. This is your second cycle and nothing compares to your first cycle as far as gains. Your at week 8 and if the math is correct 4 kilos would be somewhere around 9lbs? Wouldnt claim it is bunk, really can not even say if it is under dosed. How long was it ago when you did your first cycle? How long have you been dieting this way, only 8 weeks? Your diet taking in that much calories, carbs and protein would most definitely put that weight on if you were not use to eating like that. Answer those questions

    Yep it's about 8.8lbs to be exact bro, yeah I didn't think it would be but it just strikes me as odd as you constantly hear of guys getting strength and not to mention the libido and I personally haven't experienced much, as for the gains I shouldn't complain. Have heard a lot about making the most of the first one because it's the best. I had about a 3 month gap between my cycles mate and the diet I got on top of over a year back as I wanted to be prepared but probably taking in a bit more on cycle as I'm even more strict on myself.

    I should add also that another mate of mine commenced his first cycle at the same time using the same batch running 500p/w and he's only gained about three kg and smashing the food down. We are both 27, weighed about the same to begin with and been training for years.
