Quads is by far my favourite, I do my upper outer quad, separate your quad in 3 horizontally, and then in 3 vertically and pin in the upper outer square closest to your hip. Remember to aspirate (once the pin is in, pull back a little to see if there's blood in there, if so take the pin out and grab another spot). I pit with a 23g 1" pin and seriously have 0 pain going in, injecting, coming out. I massage it for about a minute after I'm done injecting too. I weirdly enjoy pinning my quads.
