    When it comes to sex hormones sustained high Testosterone serum levels can cause ED as well as low serum levels.

    Estradiol acts the same way, low and elevated serum levels will effect erection quality and sensation.

    My guess is your E2 is now higher then the 43 and it's effecting you.

    Some guys can go much higher and see no ED issues whatsoever proving the point we're all different.

    For the time being try doubling the dose of your PDE5i, it won't kill you and may give the effect you need for now.

    Time for blood work...
