    no but you look low on the carb side of things. To many protein shakes, Were is the brown rice and sweet potatoes? The more whole food you eat the more you will speed up your digestive track. I realize there is a place for many bodybuilders to consume protein shakes but i would suggest getting most of your protein from whole food. I personally have no protein shakes at all in my diet.

    I completely agree with getting my protein from whole food, but given my circumstances of being a grad school student I have to make do with what I have.

    Gotcha it is tough being busy and having to eat right! How about adding some Boneless skinniness Chicken sandwiches on Ezekiel bread. Works great in a pinch.
